Black Deer Festival - 2022 8 Smaller acts you need to catch!

Black Deer Retunes for 2022 on the 17/18/19/ its native home Eldridge park alongside some huge names in the country and Americana circuit Headliners on all three days are James , Wilco, The Water boys & Van Morrison , and the most prominent new addition from a country perspective is Cam from the USA.
The whole festival has a great layout and set up with lots of stages and opportunities to catch new acts in 2019. I caught Emily locket amongst others that were brand new artists to me. That's the great thing about festivals. As most people know, I am a big supporter of independent country and Americana acts. The festival is fast approaching, so here are my ten independent artists across the whole; you should defiantly check
1. Eddie smith and the 507
Encapsulating audiences with his uniquely husky voice and tasteful piano, Eddy Smith has growing fast UK's growing Americana scene and making waves on the country circuit as well. The soulful sound and melodies from Eddie and this five-piece band that are all friends from university; the name 507 is actually the room he used to rehearse in! Eddies sound is an irresistible blend of various Americana styles, such as Blues, Folk, Country, and Rock,
One artist's that from the first vocal note, you will be blown away tracks to look out for the good times and ticket out of here.
2,. Kezia Gill
is coming fresh off a national tour with the most significant act in UK Country at the moment the shires Kezia gill is a powerhouse vocalist who I have been watching grow over the years; her influences from a range of genres, including Folk & Irish, Country, Rock, and Blues, with her wide range of songs styles from the slow emotional songs right up the fast passed full-on songs I tip her as the next arts break out massively tracks to look out for Wings and I'm here.
2. Isabelle coulstock
Very local artist hailing from just around the corner, an artist that can hold a stage completely on here one, and with the band, she is no stranger to black deer, having played there before and is currently on tour as I'm writing with Jules holland.
Musical influences include Brandy Clark, Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert, Janis Ian, Sheryl Crow, and Gretchen Peters. Her excellent selection of songs from super speedy upbeat and the slowed-down numbers holding the room to still tracks to look out for old but crazy cowboy
3. Luke Jackson,
an artist from the south coast with that storyteller's voice perfectly projecting his vocals; you can hear and breathe every note playing solo; he does a great acapella track that just leaves you standing still in amazement performing as a trio at black deer his influences are Richard Thompson, Glen Hansard, Anderson East, and Parker Millsap. Be sure to check him out the range in his vocals track to look out for Honeycomb.
4. Noble Jacks
with 3rd album soon approaching the fast-paced sound will go down realty well at black deer; their high energy stage presence coming with some excellent fiddle playing for an incredible set track to look out for Ten times
5. Simeon Hammond Dallas
an artist hailing from London, is a fast-growing Americana act crossing genres from folk to country, blues to soul; she is also a full-time busker; the power in her vocals and lyrics combined will bring a great vibe to the set track to look out for wild one
6. Robert Vincent
hailing from Liverpool is an artist that fully grasped the sound of Americana; his influences are Emmylou Harris, Charlie Rich, and Waylon Jennings, which certainly show in his music and the melodies; if you lucky, we will be treated to the six pice and band boy is that show you need to see the track to look out for the ending & demons.
7. Hannah White
hailing from south London and in the past few years forming her band the Nordic connections appearing at black deer fresh from her release of the anticipated album about time and sound its very harmonic and blues lead with all ways a steady backing will defiantly fill the room tracks to look out for Start Again' and 'Gotta Work Harder,
8. The outlaw orchestra
hailing from the southwest bringing the fastest growing genera in the UK country-rock pedal steel banjo; they have it all with harmonies to boot everything is fast pace and full one rock sound sure for a party set tracks to look out for; see you in hell and chicken fried snake.
